On this basis, we develop and produce a large number of modular components and sensor families that are expanded upon specific customer requirements to complex fuel management systems (fuel measuring and control systems) for use in aircraft and land vehicles.

Flexible

The AUTOFLUG flexible active capacitance type Fuel Gauge Transmitter is designed to measure fuel in complex, difficult to access and / or large tank geometries. The sensor is mounted by means of a flange. For installation in the fuel tank, a guiding tube for the Fuel Gauge Transmitter will be preinstalled into a complex fuel tank section.

Multifunctional

The AUTOFLUG flange mounted active capacitance type Multifunctional Fuel Gauge Transmitter (FGT) comprises fuel height measurement, fuel compensation and optical high and low level sensing functionality in one unit. This sensor achieves highest accuracy over the entire temperature range with various fuel types.

The AUTOFLUG flange mounted active capacitance type Fuel Gauge Transmitter (FGT) with integrated Fuel Level Sensor (FLS) comprises fuel height measurement and optical high or low level sensing functionality in one unit. The optionally mounted optical high or low level sensor provides an independent low or high warning signal for cockpit indication.

CAN Bus Compatible

The AUTOFLUG CAN Bus compatible capacitance type Fuel Gauge Transmitter (FGT) provides temperature compensated fuel quantity measurement. The sensor provides highly accurate fuel contents information in litre, kg, lbs, etc. over the complete temperature range of a specific fuel type. The fuel gauging length can be adapted in accordance with customer requirements.

The AUTOFLUG flange mounted active capacitance type Fuel Gauge Transmitter (FGT) is a fuel height gauge for installation inside fuel tanks. Typical applications are helicopter and fixed wing aircraft fuel tanks. The fuel gauging length can be adapted in accordance with customer requirements.

The AUTOFLUG clamp-clamp mounted active capacitance type Fuel Gauge Transmitter (FGT) is a fuel height gauge for installation inside fuel tanks. Typical applications are wing, external and auxiliary fuel tanks. The fuel gauging length can be adapted in accordance with customer requirements.

Optical Type

The AUTOFLUG clamp mounted active capacitance type Fuel Level Sensor (FLS) is a short sensor for installation inside fuel tanks. The sensors can be used for dedicated point level sensing (e.g. low or high level sensing) as well as for control of fuel transfer, refuelling and defueling functions.
